Can we claim deduction of conveyance allowance under head salary of development officer in LIC and how. What documentation we need for proof and verification

Is it conveyance allowance or reimbursement?
Conveyance allowance in any case is deductible upto Rs. 800/month as an exempt income.

Sir, u r talking about transport allowances which r received for conveyace between home to office, earlier its 800 per month now its 1600 per month. I m asking about conveyance allowances sec 10(14)(i). Its permissible up to actual expense or received whichever is higher
