There should be at least 2 or more members at the time of conversion.
1. Take assent of all partners. And authorize 2 or more person for execution of all necessary paper work .
2. Firm have to apply for availability of name. And firm can use ongoing name subject to availability of name in addition to limited or pvt. Ltd.
3.After approval of name firm has to apply to ROC within 30 days from date of approval.
4. E-form URC 1 with details.
5.E-form INC33/34
6.Moa/Aoa
7.Inc 9
8. obtain Din and DSC
