Convert numbers to words in excel

Whenevr i am typing the above formula Visual Basic window gets opening it doesnot display the number in words..

after opening the Visual Basic copy and paste step 3, after that save and close this window of visual basic. and at the end open excel sheet and type "=spellnumber(20)" without inverted comas and press enter.....

Many times we need the amount in figures to be converted into words. This is a typical requirement for writing checks or any other financial reports. Microsoft Excel does not have standard function available for this requirement. However there are customised functions available on the Internet.
1.Start Microsoft Excel.
2.Press ALT+F11 to start the Visual Basic Editor.
3.On the Insert menu, click Module.
    Type the following code into the module sheet.

Plase also updae me whether for every  new sheet, we have to add this code or there is any way out that we can make it for all  excel sheet  .This code work only in  sheet where i have inserted it ,i want to make it applicable for  all  new sheets,how to do that?
