Convert from Pvt Ltd to LLP

I own a pvt Ltd company 

but now want to convert to LLP  

i have few Loans from friends and few assets 

Is it necessary to clear up all of those loans from friends before converting to LLP ?

All creditors of pvt LTD company shall be continue to be creditors of LLP after conversion
