I want to know what procedures I need to follow for converting to new syllabus from old course of CA final. Do I need to pay any amount for the new books?

Quick Summary
You have to register for ca final new course thru ssp Portal and the fee for registration and after registration you have to login on icai cds portal there you will find coupons available then you will have to pay nothing for books but if coupons are not available then you have to pay for the books. but i think coupons will be available as for conversion
What is the fee for registration
New registration in ca final new course is 22000 rupees
If after may 2021 an old course student automatically converted to new course then also registration fee of 22000 is Required?
I think in that case no such fee will incurred but only a registration fee of nominal amount will be paid
