Conversion to new course-final

If I convert to new course now, what will be the major changes in each of the subjects other than Isca replaced by an elective paper?

I completed advanced ITT already, but GMCS-2 is pending. This was before the two got merged. Now if I convert to new course will there be anymore requirements in this front?
