Conversion old to new scheme ca final

I completed my IPCC in 2012. But after few attempts, I dropped out CA.

But now I feel to take the exams again under new scheme. But looks like there are too many formalities about doing certain courses.

I had compled ITT, Oreintation programme under Old scheme.

If anyone can tell me the exact Steps to do the same?

check out the circular dated 9.1.18 on the BOS portal
step 1: get registration re-validated
step 2: decide between old course / new course
step 3: convert to new course if opted
