Can the unregistered partnership firm be converted into a private limited under the companies Act 2013..??

Yes... U Registered partnership can be convert into private limited
Partnership firm which is not registered cannot be converted into a private limited under the Companies Act, 2013. Section 366 under Chapter XXI of the Companies Act, 2013, provides that partnership firm, limited liability partnership, cooperative society, society or any other business entity formed under any other law would be capable of being registered under the CA2013.
