Conversion of trust into section 25 company

I don't think a trust/society can be converted as such into a Section 25 company since both are governed under different Acts.  Probably you can first form a Section 25 company and then take over the activities of the trust/society by way of some agreement after following applicable provisions.  However, implications under tax laws/stamp duty etc. will have to be examined.
