Please suggest me various steps for the conversion of existing partnership firm to a private limited company. Also tell me what will be the implication of such conversion where the partnership firm is availing deduction u/s 80-IB? Will it be available after conversion to company also? Please also tell me other implications of such conversion with respect to different acts.

Pls suggest me we have a business last 4years maintaing by 2 partners, and this fy we convert the Private limited co so here no changes happen (like same 2 Partners are 2 directors) here pls clarify we need past partnership record also means while after converting pvt. ltd. how do we show the partnership accoounts in pvt ltd co,
