Conversion of Non- convertible preference shares to Eqyity shares
Dear Professionals, please let me know whether a non-convertible preference shares can be converted into equity shares, if yes please quote the reference.

if a company issued convertible debentures at par and while converting it converted at discount..so which value should be considered at the time of buy back of shares
You will have to go for variation of shareholders rights under section 48 of the Companies Act, 2013
