how can I convert LLP into OPC

LLP cannot be converted into OPC. Company can be converted into LLP, but LLP cannot be converted into company.

No you can't convert LLP into opc because LLP has minimum two partner while In opc only one required.v

Hi,
I am converting company into llp, while applying for name, PROPOSED LLP NAME SHOULD REMAIN SAME error showing although my name is same as of company.
