Hi..

I am a CA and i had registered to the old CS executive course.

I have cleared group 1 from the old course. However now since the old course exams have been discontinued, i am unable to understand whether i will be exmepted from giving group 1 again after conversion to new syllabus.

Yes you will be exempted from the corresponding subjects which u have cleared in...;)

Provided that you have scored 60 or more marks in the ‘General and Commercial Laws’ paper. Otherwise, you will get exemption only for the remaining two subjects.

Only cost& mngt a/c and tax laws are exempt............... Remaining 5 of new syllabus are to be given in next attempt.......

i passed group 1 of executive old syllabus, wat i have to apply for 2nd group or for both?

I already passed 2nd module in old syllabus but while filling exam form i got option to select both module.I m very confused pls advise if you very confident to advise
