Conversion from cpt route to direct entry.

i cleared cpt in 2017. after 4th attempt also I'm not able to clear ca inter. so now I want to convert cpt route to direct entry. I am new syllabus only when iam entrying ca inter. in my ssp, It shows couse Status -NEWINT . after conversion it shows me . CONINT . I used the conversion form that pcc/ipcc into Intermediate. In online I hear about use the conversion form cpt route to direct entry. in my ssp portal I never seen that kind of form .pls anybody help me.
