is there any situation when a private company needs to convert itself into a public company Complusourily?

No there is no such provision.However,a private company can voluntorily convert itself into a public company.

Where a private company alters its articles in such a way that they no longer include the conditions required to be included in the articles of a private company,it cease to be a private company.

yes can convert voluntarily but if co. exceeds no.of members 200 shall convert into pub.co.
