We have a partnership firm and
are regularly filling gst returns and now from January onwards we have converted it into LLp. Therefore whether we have to take separate
registration for it under gst or original registration works. If original registration works how to change its status to LLp.
Can anyone explain please..

YOU HAVE TO TAKE ANOTHER REGISTRATION AS PAN NO HAS BEEN CHANGED
FOR PARTNERSHIP 4TH DIGIT IS "F" WHILE FOR LLP 4TH DIGIT IS "E".
Therefore existing partnerships firm needs to be dissolved?
OBVIOUSLY AS U SAID U HAVE CONVERTED A FIRM INTO LLP.
