Contribution of Outsourcing industry to our career

What I heard is there is a lot of deficiency of CA's in India and I really don't know about abroad. But if a person who really completed CA can get job in any circumstances even in a tough competiton. If he is not so then that person is not capable of being a best CA.

Sir just go back to 1999 CA s were getting 10K pm as theri startin salary but now as we have lotz of options and BPOs are paying high salary so domestic companies are also forced to pay high salaries , i myself drawing 8 lac pa. now Imazine if BPOs are closed there will be a sudden increase supply of CAs because all the CAs workingin BPOs will start moving towards domestic companies and in that case i agree that a capable CA will get the job but will he get the good salary also ???????

I am PCC article student in India and working with BPO CA firm in United kingdom. I have one question, why american service providers (industries as well) will increase their cost even though India is cheaper than other countries?? American's are not s..p..d, it is planned  strategy to reduce the cost more. Its matter of services not politics.

if the cheaper cost is the issue then they can move to Phillipins or China??????
