sir we arrenge container stuffing on friday with intimation to excise dept, my export material was also ready, but on export date my container was not coming on office time he was coming 2 hrs late after ofiice time & also Excise person also came 2 hrs late but only late coming of container excise dept was not ready to stuff container, can they have right for that. & also he was not ready for saturday stuffing..

If no other export benefit is being claimed (if white shipping bill will be filed), self certification of container is sufficient.
Even if some export benefit is being claimed, and excise people do not come for stuffing and export is urgent, send the conyainer with self sealing. If the Custom wishes, it can check the container at the port.
