Consultant required for CSR

We have CSR Registration to collect donations from corporates towards CSR Exp .

We govt organization ( Local Authority) and we do all welfare activities within our local limits .

So we want to collect amount as a reimbursement from companies which are liable to contribute to CSR activities within our local limits.

Do anybody has expert knowledge on practical procedure related to CSR donations?
