Consultancy fee to doctors being partner in partnership firm

Pls guide whether Consultation fees paid to working partners of partnership firm who are professionally qualified doctors is treated  and allowed expenditure to firm apart from remuneration paid to them as per partnership deed.

They are paid remuneration as per partnership deed and also separate additional consultancy fees is also paid for the services rendered for treating patients additionally (not mentioned about payment of consultation fees in partnership deed). So both are accounted in profit and loss account. Kindly guide.

Maximum amount that can be paid is as provided in the deed. It is disallowed expenditure.

It is included in remuneration limit as per section 40.

ya if it's within overall remuneration limit, then allowed
