Foreign vendor provided Consultancy service from outside India. Now, the Consultancy charges paid to foreign vendor ie outside India, Whether GST RCM applicable?
If you have received services in India from outside India, then RCM applicable as per notification 10/2017 date 28/6/2017 , Entry no 1 . please refer notification, take others opinion as well.
