Consolidted rent Receipt for HRA exemption

Hi,

   I have taken  accomodation for rent for Rs5200 per month and will be geting HRA exemption above the 10% of my basic.

I do have the rent agreement but I have not been disciplined enough to take a rent receipt since I did not know about the HRA benefit. Now that I have been reading that rent receipts are a must for HRA exemption, I was wonderingif I can get a consolidated rent receipt for the

whole year from my landlord or get individual receipts for all the months together. Also what kind of official stamp is required on the same. I would be grateful if someone helps me with this.
