Can someone theoretically explain treatment or steps to be followed regarding aportionment of profits and reserves into pre-acquisition and post- acquisition and allocation thereof between holding and minority in case of multiple aquisitions of shares of subsidiary by holding co. or provide me some material where this is explained in simple language in step form.

Refer MP vijay kumar for better understanding. But it would be better to learn it from a friend of yours, since you need to learn just one particular portion
