Hi,
As per CA'13 we are required to consolidate FS with subsidiaries. Please help me undersatnd this- A ltd is parent and B & C & D are subsidiares. Now in FY 2015-16, C & D is getting merged with B (merger scheme filed in court). Is there any exception we can take for not consolidating C, D with A in FS 2014-15? Considering the fact that C & D will not exist from next year?
