I am preparing for ca final 1st group. and have exemption in F.M..
I had mostly covered 80% of my portion of study of law and accounts and audit may be around 20% .Now I am completing my audit and going for revision of law and accounts.
My CFS is pending full.In last attempt I had taken 10 days for CFS.
Please suggest that i should go for CFS or not...

No, just do the basic which I think you have covered. Because if Amalgamation comes a tough one, then surely consolidation will be a very easy one.
Definitely go for consolidation as 30 days is sufficient for first group... And u hv only 3 subjects... In some attampts from consolidation 21 marks questions came... 1 question from AS 21,23,27....SO DON'T skip it having only three paper... As u already did one time... So definitely go
You should prepare cfs because it comes for 20 marks, 16 marks one question and 5 marks compulsory question. That's the trend of recent past
plz suggest me the details of treatment of dividend declared(proposed) in consolidation of account
