Do Dividend payable of subsidiary company appears in Holding company's balance sheet after consolidation???
If yes ! then what is the entry ?

you mean to say Proposed dividend?
Further, please specify whether it is wholly owned subsidiary or not.
If not wholly owned, whether remaining holding is within the group or outside the group i.e. 3rd party.
yes ! I am talking about proposed dividend or dividend to be declared by subsidiary company
holding company owns only 80% of subsidiary company and remaining 20% is of 3rd party

Proposed dividend shown by subsidiary in its Balance sheet, should be eliminated.
For elimination we reverse the entry in consolidated FS passed by sibsidiary in its standalone FS.
Since here it is 80% subsidiary, so only 80% will be reversed and 20% proposed dividend will appear in Consolidated FS.
