if I received goods on consignment basis for exhibition purpose , so is ewaybill needed on this case, pls guide.....

Yes, if the consignment value exceeds 50K*.
CGST Rule 138(1)(ii), movement of goods for reasons other than supply. *For intra-state movement, do check the respective State limit, as some of them has increased it to 1 lakh.
Yes... E-Way Bill required as per ceiling limit and State's limit.
