Quick Summary
If you've received arrears from a previous financial year in the current one, you can claim an exemption. To do this, you must first file Form 10E before submitting your Income Tax Return (ITR). This process allows you to claim relief under Section 89 of the Income Tax Act. Filing Form 10E first ensures you receive the correct deduction.

You need file a form before filing ITR

You have to file form 10e along with ITR form to claim relief under section 89

File 10E before u file your itr.....first 10E then itr....else will not get deduction
There is an option income tax forms just below to ITR
Thanks for the information
File form 10E for relief
