You are advised to fulfil mandatory provisions in gst liabilities under reverse charge. in meantime if you had paid gst in reverse charge you may escape from interest and penalty..
I didn't get you completely? Where it is written in the act about the penalty and interest on Reverse charge kindly quote the same.. If possible
