What is the remedy when the present employer is not ready to grant termination.... As he wants the article to be there for a few more months while the article has some personal problems coz of which wants to leave the office.......

I too searching for the remedy because ultimately what the Article has to do if he/She is unable to get the termination from his boss.I hope every problem has a solution.Getting termination from the bosses is a very big problem during the course of Articleships.Once i find the Solution i will inform u my friend.
