At the outset, i would like to say that its a real privilege to be a member of such an esteemed forum of ours  wherein the efforts and contributions are recognized and acknowledged. The basic idea behind my constant involvement and participation has always been sharing the knowledge with the others which has great significance for our development as a professional in a long term. No matter how experienced we get over a period of time, but there is one thing that never stops and that is learning, it is a part and parcel of the proffession.

I urge each and everyone of us to ensure active participation so that we may contribute to the success of the forum to an even larger extent.
