Confusion while filing form 108

Even I had done my articleship in two firms same like you. So,
while filing the Completion of Articles service( Form 108 ). You just need to mention the No. of leaves taken and Experience gained from the CURRENT AUDIT FIRM only.

Need to be careful while filling the NO. of leaves column because Mentioning excess of no. of leaves by considering leaves availed in previous firm may result in Extension of articleship in some cases.

I have already filled the details in Ssp and generated the PDF can I still amend it but I have not got the signature of my principal and have not uploaded it.

No, Once You filled it up.. that's it

but You can still delete the form under Submitted applications TAB. But, before deleting contact your Regional office because in some cases, students were not able to file fresh Form 108 as it was not reflecting in their profiles after deleting the previously filled form. So, Again they had to contact to SSP helpdesk and Regional office for enabling the Form 108.

In the filled Form 108 I have mentioned the experience of my previous firm. I want to amend it the form is showing in the submitted/pending application. I have not yet uploaded the signed copy and given the final submission.

I did the same mistake when I submitted form108 and I had to go through all that headache and moreover it happened during intial stages of SSP portal in or around June month. It took me two months to get it resolved because at the intial stage of the SSP website there was serious lack of student support from the institute. Now, The student support system has been improved.

Where to put the office seal in form 108?

Hi Sai Somanadh,

If someone did Articleship in 2firms, 1st year in some other firm & 2nd and 3rd year in a different firm. So while filing the Form108 (Completion), you don't have to mention 'Time spent in weeks' of the firm 1st year ?
