According to company act 1956 ,, A pvt ltd company allows to loan to its director . So we are going to paid a loan to director on 1st sep...
but as per new companies bill we have to take permission from central government ..
so please let me when will be applicable new companies bill?

the Government will notify the applicable dates by a notification in the Official Gazette...therein the applicable dates will be mentioned for applicability of new companies bill .

As of now Companies bill has been assented by President of India on 29th Aug, 2013,.notification through official gazette is still awaited ...so its not applicable unless notification comes into existence regarding date of its applicability.
so until than compliance need to b done as per companies act 1956.
