1. An exemption is valid for three immediate succeeding exams.
.
Hence, exemption obtained by you in IDT paper in Nov’13 exam, would last only for the next three exams, i.e. for May’14, Nov’14 and May’15 exam, irrespective of the fact whether you appear in those exams or not.

.
2. As long as exemption in one or more paper(s) of a group, brought forward from an earlier attempt is subsisting, no further exemption in any paper in that group will be given, even if one secures 60% or more marks in any paper in that group.
.
The exemption that you secured in IDT paper in Nov’13 exam will last till May’15 exam. Hence, you will not get any exemption in DT paper in Nov’14 exam even though you secured more than 60% marks in that paper.

Exemption valid for May 14, Nov 14 and May 15. Thus you have exemption remaining for only one more attempt.

No you cannot choose your exemption, once you avail an exemption it is valid for next 3 succeeding attempts. Hence, you can not chose for exemption. Make use of your IDT exemption for your May 2015 Exam. as it will be your last attempt with Exemption benefit.

Thanks,
