Dear esteemed members,
I would like to invite your attention to one confusing matter regarding the new acknowledgement form introduced. the point no. 8 shows that tax payable is 6- 7d.
No. 6 is "total tax and interest payable" and 7d is self-assessment tax only ignoring 7a,b & c which should not be the case. actually it should have been 6-7e. the point no. 9 which is refund showing as 7e-6.
please offer your views on the above matter..

my dear i think u've seen the wrong aknowledgment form.
b,coz in the new aknowledgment form it is still
6-7e, not 6-7d

yes, it is wrongly shown the ITR-Form V which u have downloaded from the departments website
yes, it is wrong and there are such other minor mistakes in the form also
