I am C.A. Final Student. I just complete my B.Com this month. Now I want to study LLB. Can I go for LLB ? Or there is any restriction from BAR Council that C.A. students can not do LLB ? Plz Reply..

Provided u hve to Inform ICAI and ur articleship timing should not clash with College
Hi, I appreciate your interest in doing LLB. However please note below the points before you take any decision. 1) If you are still under Articleship, you cannot do a full time LLB, Bar Council of India do not permit doing any other course/apprenticeship while doing LLB and also you need to take permission from ICAI for pursuing any full time course, which I strongly believe you will not get, 2) If you have completed Articleship, you are free bird and nobody can restrict you from enrolling LLB. Trust this clarifies.
