As window is closed u will have to MAKE APPLICATION to principal commissioner of your jurisdiction ( or a commissioner having financial power to approve condonation AS PER YOUR AMTS in ITR to be filed)..at office of commissioner with revelant proofs ( specially reasons for condonation)...
