Condonation of delay- ITR-V verification
sir. for the Assessment year 2021-2022, I would like to make condonation of delay now, but on its checking in the site, the window is closed it seems. it says " since the return is not verified within the time allowed, the same is deemed to be never furnished. kindly advise.

Since the return is not verified, it has become INVALID. Now best recourse available for you is filing application for Condonation of delay for filing return before jurisdictional Pr. CIT
Now you cannot do anything for that return.
After login to IT website, click on condonation of delay from services menu. If the ITR details appears there then give reason and e verify it.

Sir. whether, can we make a representation towards condonation of delay directly to the Commissioner on line ie in the portal
As window is closed u will have to MAKE APPLICATION to principal commissioner of your jurisdiction ( or a commissioner having financial power to approve condonation AS PER YOUR AMTS in ITR to be filed)..at office of commissioner with revelant proofs ( specially reasons for condonation)...
