What is the format of condonation letter for form 112? Does it has to be stamped and signed by the ca(principal)?

Hlw mam... Download form 112...in last page it is stated that if delay in submission is more than 365 days then fine is Rs. 10000 and condonation letter should be on CA letter head and it should be signed by ur principal.... Letter is in simple format... Just state the reason in that... All the best

If u r pursuing other course during the article training only then fine is Rs. 10000
