Dear Friends,
We have two Factories, unit-I & unit-II, in different two places. directors are common, Finished goods are same, Balnce sheet are same. whether this two units are to be treated as related unit. As because when we want to send Semi finished goods from one unit to another then we have to take cost account certificate from CA, under CAS-4.What is the status. In manual conception is not clear.
