Can anyone help me out proviing me a doc/excel template for COMPUTABLE OF TAXABLE INCOME.
Details are as follows.
GROSS SALARY = 550000
TOTALHOUSE RENT PAID = 7000
TDS as per form 16 = 41000
TOTAL HOUSE LOAN INT PAID = 12500
INCOME FROM BANK INTEREST = 17500
80C SAVING 100000

Need more clarification.
Are you residing in a rented flat? Are you receiving HRA?
Have you purchased a flat on home loan which is under-construction?

Receiving HRA of 5700per month which is included in gross salary mentioned above.
Residing in a flat which I purchased taking home loan. This is a resale flat.

If you are residing in your own flat, how are you giving Rs.7000/- as monthly house rent?

Hello friend,
Initially I was staying with my parents - no rent. For two months, I rented a flat 3500X2=7000/-
Then I bought the same flat. For last fin year only 2EMI was given of which total interst paid is 17500.

I think your tax liability should have been around Rs. 25,000/-. You might be eligible to receive refund of Rs. 16,000/-
