Compulsory Voting - whats ur opinion

A recent Bill passed by the Gujarat Government has made voting cumpulsory for all listed voters in the local elections including Municipal Corporation polls.

 

This has trigerred a national debate. Should voting be made mandatory ?? Discuss your views here.
