Write section nos. only if you remember them exactly
otherwise, it's better not to write as you may lose marks if you wrote wrong sections.
I have a question on capital gains; here it is [hypothetical]; purchased land in Dec. 1988 for Rs 112000, built a house spending Rs 288000 and occupied in March 1990. made periodical maintenance and sold it for joint development in Nov. 2012; builder agreed to handover 4000 sq ft built up area as 3 flats, construction cost being Rs 1600 per sq,ft; possession taken in Aug 2014; if the landowner [now the flat owner] sells one flat now, how much will be the capital gains?
