compulsory registration under gst

Ma'am 

I have a fast food restaurant in Delhi and am doing online business with swiggy. My annual aggregate turnover is less than ₹ 10 lakh.  


As per Sec 24 of CGST Bill 2017,  i have to compulsorily register under gst but do I have to charge gst at applicable rate after I register or after my turnover crosses threshold limit?

so gst needs to be charged even though my turnover is below exemption limit.

services under which e commerce operator is required to pay tax?

I think I need not get registered under section 24 , because you are not a e commerce operator just you are user of e commerce. and your turnover is less than prescribed limit i.e 20 lakhs

you are required to get registration because you are e commerce user
