what is gst limit for compulsory registration for sales of goods is this true that 15 lakh is limit and up to 40 lakh sale after registration it's exempt

thank u Sir but m asking compulsory registration require after 1500000 for a.y. 2019-20 is this true
No Sir it's not True...

From FY 2019-20, i.e. wef 01.04.2019, GST REGISTRATION is required only when your Aggregate Turnover exceeds Rs. 40 lakhs in case the Supplier is dealing Exclusively in Supply of Goods.

W.e.f 01.04.2019, the GST Turnover Limit for Registration has been enhanced. So if you are planning to Sell the goods or render services from the States of  

1. Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura - Treshhold Limit is Rs.10 Lakhs
2. Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Uttarakhand, Telangana, and Puducherry - - Treshhold Limit is Rs.20 Lakhs
3. All other states - Treshhold Limit is Rs.40 Lakhs
