Composition scheme issue
I have started my restaurant from last 3 years . I m in composition scheme should I use Zomato for sold my goods.as some says u can't use Zomato while u in composition .if yes than pls reply with section or notification if

Yes Zomato can be used
Composition scheme is not applicable to the following persons/entities*:
Non-resident taxable person or a casual taxable person
Businesses/persons supplying goods through an e-commerce portal operator that collects tax at source (u/s 52).

If you are selling goods via an e-commerce portal then you cannot go for composition scheme. So in this case you cannot sell your goods via Zomato
