Composition Scheme for Service Provider

I'm applying for New GST Registration under Composition Dealer as Service Provider @ 6 %. But while selecting SAC it only show 2 options, Restaurant Service and Outdoor Caterers. I want to opt for Works Contact Service.

is you are purchasing land from owner and constructs the building

Does it matter !!! The question is, I'm not getting any other SAC than Restaurant and Outdoor Catering Service.

no , now i know what is works contract
builders take contract for construction from land owners and land owner give sub contract to you that sub contract is works contract am i correct

Dear Harsh. sorry for above reply . Yes the work contract service provider can opt for composition scheme in term of Notification 2/2019 CT(r). Kindly check for while filing Form Reg 01 :. by indicating the option at serial no. 5 and 6.1(iii) of FORM GST REG-01 at the time of filing of application for registration. Refer Circular 97/16/2019
