I'm applying for New GST Registration under Composition Dealer as Service Provider @ 6 %. But while selecting SAC it only show 2 options, Restaurant Service and Outdoor Caterers. I want to opt for Works Contact Service.

from which persons u take the contract

The work contractor cannot opt for said scheme

Dear Harsh. sorry for above reply . Yes the work contract service provider can opt for composition scheme in term of Notification 2/2019 CT(r). Kindly check for while filing Form Reg 01 :. by indicating the
option at serial no. 5 and 6.1(iii) of FORM GST REG-01 at the time of filing of application for
registration.
