Exempted Sales are not covered under Composition Scheme and no liability arises on it to pay tax.
If this is related to selling exempted goods or services then a taxpayer registered under composition scheme can sell exempted goods. The list of exempted goods is same as that for regular taxpayer. There are no separate goods which are considered as exempted for composition scheme
