Is turnover for composition scheme under GST is calculated on state based or calculated on all india basis?

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies that the turnover for the GST composition scheme is calculated on an all-India basis, not state by state. It further explains that if a composition dealer has separate GST registrations in different states (e.g., Mizoram and Mumbai) under the same PAN, the turnover limit will be applied individually to each state's registration, meaning the limit would be ₹75 lakhs per state if applicable.

It's calculated on all India basis.
Thank you for the Information. I also have another doubt - if the composition dealer, manufacture and sell goods in mizoram and Mumbai, then what will be the turnover limit. Is it 75 lakhs or 1 crore 50 lakhs?
If you have a Two GST number, one for Maharashtra and other for Mizoram with same PAN...than limit is 75 Lakhs.
Thank you very much
Most welcome 😊
