Doubt
Under composition scheme of GST
Definition of aggregate turnover define inter state supplies will be added 
While there is mentioning in not eligible person list
That if person engaged in making inter state supply will not eligible for this scheme.

Question is that in aggregate turnover definition inter state supply include while for eligible purpose it is exclude? 🤔

Composition scheme restricts a person from inter state supply . He should come under regular scheme if he is supplying goods to a different state

No...

First who is supplying to inter state then he is not eligible to opt composition scheme.

If Composition scheme then their T/O only in intra state movements only.

1.without refering to the above
there are several drwabacks.
the dealer cannot get input tax credit
2. he cannot collect tax
3. cannot issue bill.

all the output supply will be included in the aggregate supply
whether it is intra or inter does not matter.
but who is making inter state supply then you are not allowed to opt composition scheme
