Yes same is applicable from 01 April 2019.
As per Notification 14/2019 CT , its being applicable from 1/4/2019
yeah but for may 19 attempts
yes same is applicable
bcom amendments until 6 months b4 are only appicable for exams... until not particularly given through rtp
But it is recommended to mention in note that such limit is applicable from 01.04.2019
